So i bought a Vehicle from this company around December of last year around Christmas. So the Brochure stated that if anyone buys a car a $1000.00 gift card would be given. I was constantly trying to contact The Owner David which he would ignore by request to mail the gift card that was owed to me. I have been trying to get the gift card for about 9 months but the Owner David told me that the gift card was to go towards the down payment of the Car. Called the parts department and the guy didn't even listen to what part I was looking for all I said is the year and he immediately cut me off saying I don't have it. When I asked for manager as always they are the managers. Suck a bad service desk. Will for sure avoid this place at all cost
About to weeks ago i bought a van from this dealer and now the van is having transmission problems and all kinds of codes are coming from the dash i advise for people to be careful buy cars for this dealer i called and they where no help at all they just keep giving me the run around this dealer are scams they just take your money and you have to deal with your own car problem i will never buy a car from Toyo dealer again very bad business…. So people please be careful DONT NOT TRUST THIS DEALER BUSINESS!!!!!
RUN THEY KNOWINGLY SELL DEFECTIVE VEHICLES HERE!! So my uncle came to Toyo Auto Center to buy a Van for his business and saw a Nissan NV that he fell in love with and they gave him a cash price of 13k so my uncle paid cash and 2 weeks since purchase got a alarm installed and got the windows tinted the transmission goes out and he took the van up there and they told him sold as is and they dont want give him his money back i came with receipts this place sells car that break down in 2 weeks RUN!!!!
