Extremely helpful. Had conversations over the phone on troubleshooting Toyo. Gave bunch of info to help. Even called back on his own accord, to give more troubleshooting tips. I’ll definitely be going back
I let them know my stove was exhausting inside and I had to turn it off- and it gets cold quick. John came out after normal business hours and worked on it until I had heat again. Lifesavers·!
