Do not use this company. On August 11, 2018 I gave them a fully refundable deposit on wheels and tires. After I gave them my deposit, they still have failed to respond to any of my e-mails or phone calls. I demanded my money back and still have not received a check from the owner, Marc Mallegni. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time, money and aggravation, do not use this company.
I got lost finding the place even with a GPS. There was no signs posting it. I got there 1/2 late for my appointment. The guy was not impressed, not friendly without customer service skills for sure. He took my car and I sat for 2-3 hours which he told me I would be doing. I came prepared even though you could not change the channel on the tv, it was blocked. Paid, got my car and left. Wish there was a zero star possibility. Had an appt at 9am for window tinting. Dropped my car off. Drove a half hour back home to get a call 40 minutes later that the window tint guy would not be in and that i could reschedule. That was it. I work in customer service and it was just all wrong. All i got was a sorry and you can reschedule... Yeah all set. That's not how you treat customers. Never going back. "Unprofessional" doesnt Even do justice....
I showed up for my appointment and they had no remote starters on hand, they told me they tried to reach me before I took the day off and drove 2 1/2 hours round trip but they said they put my phone # in wrong, really it's 2017 I don't know how their work is and I never will because they are not a professional Co. to deal with, Shame on Groupon for not vetting them.
Great place for any cosmetic work to any car! Great service also!
