Brings back old toy memories! Toy Joy is the one place in Austin I can count on finding unusual toys and novelty items. It's a fun place to browse for gifts for hard to buy people. The people are friendly and really enjoy being there and helping you. They carry small simple toys (I remember playing with when I was kid) and it brings back some sweet memories. Far cry from the large chain toy stores! They even have them sitting out so you can play with them. This is not only a kids toy store, it's for adults too.
Toy Joy is Awesome! Toy joy is a local Austin business and has just about any toy that you would ever want and more. They carry unique toys from your youth as well as funky clocks, or cool stylish asian merchanise. They have stickers, and figurines and toys for children as well as adults. Charming little toy store! Toy Joy is one of the few places in the Austin area that still has some old style charm. They have some really neat toys, some that you don't see much of anymore. Far from the Toys R' Us's and KB toy stores. Just a fun little store with tricks, jokes and plain ol' fun toys.
Small Wonder Toy Joy is one of the greatest small toy stores I have ever walked into. They have a great selection of rare and interesting toys all around the store. I have gone in multiple times in a rush trying to find a small gift for a friend, and found something that my friend just raved over. Even just a quick walk by will leave you delighted. The employees are extremely nice, and you can play with almost anything in the store.
Best Toy Store ever! Toy Joy is such a fun place to go. Even just to browse it's totally fun and great. They have such a huge selection of crazy, weird, and bizarre toys from all over the world. There's definitely no other store like it.
Great Way To Spend A Friday Night Toy Joy is one of the most unique shops I have ever been in. They offer a wide range of toys, from the usual plush animals to downright freaky toys that defy description.
The Land of Fun! A true Austin gem, Toy Joy is where the unapologetically weird and the hilariously fun meet. Parents can buy "normal" toys for their infants and children, while people reluctant to call themselves "adults" can browse the store for gag gifts, Hello Kitty merch, and funny objects that defy the ordinary.
