Got my set of warp9 wheels for my 2015 wr450f from toxic Moto last week. Jeff is very knowledgeable and helped me out choosing the right set up for my bike. Everything got delivered in the time frame he promised. Thank you!
Ordered a set of sliders for a husky SM610. They were delayed a bit for anodizing, but Toxic threw in a free set of plastic slider replacements with the order. Everything mounted up perfectly. Then this past weekend I went down on the track, and the sliders did their job. Thanks!
Ordered a set of warp 9 wheels, got the run around for almost 2 months. Was told multiple times my order was going to be shipped out in a few days, never happened. Then got told they hadn't even been anodized yet (almost 2 months in). Unacceptable. Order canceled. I was always the one contacting him first, with the exception of 1 time. I will say that money was promptly refunded, for that I am thankful (that's why 2 stars instead of 1). Jeff seems like a nice guy, maybe this was an isolated incident, not sure.
