The fire alarm issue is ALARMING! It goes off very very early in the morning more times than I can count. In the last two days alone it has gone off at 4am and 1am for a solid 30 min.
I moved into this building at the end of June and the fire alarms keep malfunctioning. They have gone off at least 4 times in October alone sometimes at 4 AM and and 1 AM. Management has demonstrated very little interest in fixing the issue and are unapologetic. At this price point, unfortunately the Towson Promenade is not worth their pricing at the top of the market.
Kids ride bikes and scooters all around lobby, people have parties and guest urinate everywhere, throw up etc. Residents allow pets to urinate in hallways , alarms always going off, residents leave filth and the common spaces are always dominated by kids whose parents are , no where in sight! Management ( Tatia) the manager is racist and not friendly, she is on a power trip and will evict anyone for complaining to corporate ..
Here's how this place will treat you in a nutshell: I called to talk about my renewal and the woman at the front desk was rude but said she would check on it and put me on hold. It's been 35 min and I saw her outside talking on her cell phone...
Fire alarm goes off at least 1-2 times a month for stupid reasons like a pipe broke somewhere and last 30 min- 1 hour. There are so many better places to live in Towson for around the same price. Nothing special about this place.
Don't live here unless you enjoy being woken up in the middle of the night or at 6:10AM for a fire alarm that lasts over 30 minutes. Longer review to come!
