I saw Kathy Mulford around September 2022 and I would not recommend this physician to my worse enemy. She dismissed my concerns and told me plenty people experience what I have and function just fine. She flat out told me she wasn't going to do anything for me on my very first visit. Dismissive and inconsiderate. Her tone through the appointment was impatient and exasperated. In response to a simple question, "Are there any side effects of this treatment?" she replied flippantly, "Everything in life has risks." Your average high school kid working a thankless job at McDonalds displays more professionalism than this "Doctor". Kathy Mulford just went through the motions when I saw her for an injured back. Hardly any communication, no guidance, no real explanation of the problem. She literally told me to figure out what I wanted to do for treatment because she had *no* recommendations. Her words to my wife and I after getting an MRI was that I had a sick back, I would be in pain for the rest of my life, there was nothing I could really do and she refused to give any guidance on treatment. Kathy Mulford should not be in the medical field. I took my broth to her and she didn’t even examine him all she did was recommend physical therapy. All we wanted was and MRI SHE DECLINED TO ORDER. I took him to another PA in the practice he was examined very thorough an MRI was ordered unfortunately before he got the MRI he lost the use of his legs and needed emergency surgery for a large mass in his back that turned out to be cancer.
