Dr. Machi was engaged, attentive, listened well and asked excellent questions. He took his time, carefully explaining both the diagnosis as well as thoroughly discussing treatment options. Not for a moment did I feel he was rushing through the appointment. Dr. Machi clearly demonstrates an interest in his patients and seems to be passionate about his work as an Orthopedic Surgeon. He is warm, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. it was great meeting Dr. Machi...throughout our visit, I knew that I was in good hands.
After a brief exam Dr. Langhammer reviewed my symptoms, and then fully discussed my surgery options, and we are moving forward to set a date to operate the object of which is to eliminate my hand pain.
The best experience I have had at a medical appointment in a long time. The support staff was amazing and listened and help the doctor prepare for a change in treatment. I cannot say enough. Dr. today is a calming presence and a great communicator.
