Terrific customer service, with personal attention to details I couldn't have noticed. Thought I'd be buying the Trek Neko, but with AJ's help I found the comfort and performance of the Trek Verve 3. Can't wait to take home my new ride!
These guys came through with a last minute repair before a race after another shop did not deliver on a due date and left it half done. A+

Towpath Bike did some chainwork on my 3 year old son's bike (which was not purchased at the shop), and then wouldn't even charge me. Bike mechanic said putting a smile on his face was worth it. Thank you!!!!
