After a week of borrowing her 7 year old brother’s bike, my 11 year old daughter finally got her own bike, in her size. We chose Towpath Bike shop because of all the positive experiences I’d had with them when I was in college (20 and some odd years ago). We walked in 😷, and were immediately greeted and asked how we could be helped by Liam. Special thanks for Brandon and everyone at Towpath for helping with my recent repair. I had my Trek in for service to an expensive accessory. The item was damaged due to my dumb mistake, not because of a quality issue with the accessory. Brandon facilitated a resolution that was very generous. The solution was more than fair. Brandon kept me informed about the potential cost to repair or replace the item. Turn around was very fast. A++ service. Thanks, Towpath!!
This is an awesome bike store. I had a tire problem while cycling the Erie canal. Seeing that it was right on the canal path and they might take a walk-in problem, I stopped there. The immediately offered two options, including the more involved option of returning my tubeless tire to tubeless. They did this while our group ate lunch in the area overlooking the canal. It was done by the time we ate lunch. Fantastic service!!!!
