I live here for five years the first year was fine when i first moved in, there was some touch-ups like, for example, the cabinets in the kitchen, the paint was coming off very cheap paint.Some of the pantry shelves we're broke but it was the cheapest apartment around, so I thought it would be okay and it was until the first problem first, it was the refrigerator it had a ice maker and April.It was not our refrigerator it was the landlords i asked for a new one at first, he really did not want to he gave me a little trouble ... read more
Trash apartments owner never fixes anything, the apartment stays hot like hell . You will pay a high electric bill!!! Animals crawl in the walls. They are ant infested. Do not move here!!!!!
This place sucks there is trash on the grass and on the apartment blocks and they don't fix anything they are cheap and half fast every thing just don't move here form one tenant. Form another
This place is a dump no one fixes anything don't move here and the manager doesn't do anything about it
Attention, Townview, Apartments please do not rent those apartments. They have a poor manager very poor maintenance. The manager doesn’t care about residence there at those apartments. They’re like a slum Townview on Harris Drive and the premise is littered with trash
