Tuve una experiencia horrible, estuve viendo un a�o all� y cuando me tocaba renovar,me sal� ,hace poco m�s de 3 meses y a�n no he visto ni un solo d�lar de mi dep�sito inicial,pagaba por un apartamento con piscina (la cual no existe)pero nunca nos cambiaron la mensualidad por esto,las cucharas no ten�an fin o sea es algo incre�ble lo que hay ah�,cuidado son unos estafadores 😡
The fire alarm in the laundry room in building one goes off at all hours of the day and night. Most recently last night it has been going off non stop since 9pm yesterday and still going off at 8am this morning and since the property manager can’t even manage to keep this place free of trash and garbage or keep the grass maintained, I doubt this issue will ever be resolved. When my lease is up I’ll be out of this slum! I truly can’t wait.
This apartment complex has serious and unacceptable safety issues that the property manager refuses to fix. One of the apartments has a roof/ceiling that is caving in, while the resident has reported moisture throughout the apartment. A caving roof is not a minor maintenance issue and it creates a dangerous situation for not only the resident living in that specific apartment but also to the surrounding apartments’ families, their pets, and anyone who may enter that unit. Moved into a one-bedroom apartment here about six years ago, and at the time, it was great... a modest, un-remodeled unit for $650 a month. Over the years, however, the rent has been jacked up unnecessarily every single year, reaching $975 last year and now going up to $1,100. (I heard from other tenants that the rent increase from 2007 to 2019 was only about $100-$150) While I understand market adjustments, the problem is that conditions have drastically deteriorated.
