Since the property changed ownership a few months ago, this apartment complex has gone downhill. Maintenance requests are not being handled in a reasonable timeframe, and getting issues resolved has become incredibly frustrating. This apartment complex has gone seriously downhill. Before the property was sold a few months ago, it was generally well-maintained. Since the change in ownership, the condition of the property has deteriorated significantly. The pool was filled in with concrete so now they offer no amenities, trash is frequently left scattered throughout the property, and the landscaping is severely overgrown and neglected.
