We have used this facility on and off now for a couple of years..no problems at all. You may have to wait a bit for a space as they are always very busy.
I used Townsville Secure Storage for 2 years while I was working remotely on Thursday Island. My belongings were kept safe & remained dry; Donna is fabulous, she is friendly and has great customer service. Donna was always ready to help or provide information on my storage while I was away. I highly recommend this storage facility. 5 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
