office staff rude, didnt honor rent arrangement had when first moved in and raised price almost triple that what I moved in.
I don't mind living here, the walls and floor are thin so neighbors complain about the dog running in the apartment but it doesn't matter, nothing you can do about thin walls so why complain?
Renters beware!!! Management is rude and unprofessional. Insisted on fining me for a cigarette burn on the floor that was documented as pre-existing when I moved in. The manager was rude and didn't care that it was documented. Mind you, I don't smoke and never had any smokers in my apartment, he didn't care. Also, the common area was always covered in mud and regularly smelled of cigarettes and pot. Don't walk on the grass because the dog feces is everywhere! My only complaint is that the bathrooms are so stinking small. But otherwise, this place is so fantastic. I love it here!
township court is the best apartments i've stayed at. it made me and my dog very happy. jessica doman in the office is the shit and always smiling, which is annoying but it's cool cause it's better than rbf
Township court is so dope. I can't even describe how awesome it is. It saved my marrage and life. #blessed
