We lived in apartment 989. We started our lease 2/3/18. After living there for 11 months, we decided to check our furnace since no one had ever come by to check it. Found mold and rust within the furnace. Had to use a box cutter to cut the caulking and years of paint over to get to the air intake, to find another mold covered filter. Alice and staff have been incredible and attentive to my husband and I since moving here last December.
We have been here about a month. So far the staff is super responsive and our experience has been great. Very family friendly.
I moved into the community in October 2018 from Louisiana. if you are looking for a great, quiet community this is it. The on-site staff is great to work with and the strive to go above and beyond to ensure residents are satisfied with their home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and staff ensure the repairs meet with the residents satisfaction. this is a great place to call home.
For me, there is no place like home; my home is at The Township at Highlands. Always safe, & neat with the best management and maintenance team-there are child playing in the courtyard, postal drop is well located. The standard of community care is above and beyond. We love living at the Township at Highlands.
I just moved here from Washington DC. It is wonderful to be back to Colorado. I found a wonderful community in Township. It is quiet and friendly. The staff has been spectacular in helping me get situated. It is great to be home. I look forward to meeting my neighbors. Thank you!
