I went with my elderly mother to visit Dr. Townsend. He blew my socks off. He is so good, so caring, so involved, and had the best communications with Mom. He was so thorough and explained everything in the most relatable terms. He has a real partnership with his patients. Can't recommend highly enough.
Dr. Townsend is the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever met.... especially with my 95 year old mother. The office staff is also very caring.
I’ve worked in the medical field, in this community for 26 years. Dr. Townsend is one of the best providers we’ve ever had. He’s incredibly thorough, he’s punctual, and his staff is always friendly and compassionate. The whole office runs very efficiently. I know I’m lucky to have him as a provider.
I had very little wait time was treated with friendliness & was respected. Dr Townsend & his staff are very professional & I feel that they really care about the well being of their Patients. The only negative was caused by the demands of medicare. Medicare don`t allow them to do a real Physical check up. The doctor gets an AAAAA++++++ in my book Medicare gets an F- they have ham stringed & tied DR Townsend`s hands behind his back.
He listens and makes thoughtful decisions on my healthcare. He has my best interests at heart. Very compassionate..
He is a very caring and thorough doctor. We are lucky to have him take care of people in our community.
