From start to finish they guided us through the process and remained professional. 2020 was a tough year for many but despite every setback Townsend turned what could have been one of the toughest seasons into a peaceful experience. We are forever grateful!
They did and excellent clean up job but left us high and dry when it was time to do repairs. When we asked for an itemized estimate for their projected costs they told us to find someone else. And then blamed it on the pandemic when they didn’t answer our calls, texts and emails for 2 months. Shameless!
Excellent, Outstanding and awesome to work with!! I should have put this out a while ago but.. My house flooded and these folks came in and handled everything beautifully!
Beware! Do not hire this company to work on your home! unless you want to keep coming out of your pocket for repairs and your home to have water damages and MOLD!!!
THESE GUYS DO SHITTY WORK. I WOULDNT LET THEM WORK ON A KIDS TRICYCLE
They have been very polite, professional friendly people work with. They worked tirelessly to complete the project before my parents surprise 50th anniversary party and we are eternally grateful. We are very happy with the work that they did--very methodiacal and very neat and clean. Highly Recommended!!
