They are rude, and not helpful. When I asked to talk to the service manager laura refused(also refused to even work on my in warranty vehicle).. left messages for trent (manager) but still haven't received a call back.. Called corporate bc of a faulty ac compressor and was supposed to have been called back today, still haven't received a call back.
