The people running Townsend Management company is the worst ever. When I moved in I was told that the walls had been painted when the clearly wasn't I was told the carpet was new when it clearly was not new and had not even been cleaned. Brittney Wallin is a liar and a gaslighter she tried to say I didn't pay my rent when my rent was paid two months in advance I asked to have a closet door repaired but the refused for several months which prompted me to call the city. They manage an association I belong to. Our association has monthly dues. In September of this year I prepaid the dues for the remainder of the year. I called their office a week ago to see if there was a dues increase for 2020. My call was forwarded to the manager for our association who did not answer so I left a message with my inquiry, name, association and phone number requesting a return call. They never called back.
