Worst dealerships ever In the past 20+ years, I have bought new cars from more 10 dealers in several states and I found Tuscaloosa Ford to be the worst ever. They tell you flat out lies and treat you with disrespect! It is a very shady business. I was interested in buying a new 2019 F150. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. I had some very minor work done and was happy to wait around on it to get completed. One of the people at the desk told me all they had to do was change the oil and I'd be done after he got back from lunch. That was three hours ago. Sad thing is, they're not busy, so that can't be why it took so long. This has happened to me before at this dealer and I should've known better. Don't make the same mistake I did.
