What I think about this location is they are very hard to work with RUDE and inconsiderate for their customers!!! I brought my 2015 Ford F-150 in for service to REPLACE the whole dash cause of bubbling and to replace my crome wheels that were tarnishing. I got my truck back Thursday morning and today as I parked my truck and got out lug nuts were on the ground and yes they were from MY truck!! The mechanic never tightened them down!! They took longer than I expected to get "The Works" but my adviser made it right! To make up for the long wait I was not charged for the package, it's nice to see people still care this much and want to keep a good reputation with their customers. We had a 14 hour drive ahead of us. Will definitely trust this dealership with my vehicles whenever we come back through here. Thank You!
I had a great experience at Townsend Ford. My salesman was Jim Phillips. He went out of his way to help me find the truck that I wanted & that fit me. Afterward they made sure I was taken care of. A shout out to Barbie that helped me also. All were very nice & helpful.
Tracie was a pleasure to work with when I went to look for a new truck! She took wonderful care of me and provided me with several different options to look at but was never once pushy on the sale which is a huge plus in my book. We ended up finding the perfect truck for my needs and I could not be happier with it. I would send anyone looking for a vehicle over to Tracie without a second thought!
