We purchased 1999 Explorer in 2000. I took it back several times bc the front end couldn’t be Lined Up. The last time I took it back a Mechanic informed me that was the Owners Wife vehicle. The vehicle frame had to be Stretched to make the Front End Alignment possible. She had hit a culvert but We wasn’t informed that the vehicle had been wrecked. My son took his car in Monday night at 5:30pm for a scheduled appointment at 8am Tuesday. He called at lunch to be told his car hadn’t been touched yet. He called at 4pm to be told the same thing again. I have been getting free service and oil changes for TWO years. I go to have it done today and I they say I will have to pay $55 for the oil change. So I explained that I have been getting free service for 2 years so what happened?? and they have no documentation of ANYTHING. They said they don’t see where I have been coming in to get my oil changed. They also want me to pay for my hood handle that THEY broke. Pathetic. Will not go back here.
