These include substandard maintenance, threats, and unjustified repair charges. The landlord has attempted to implement rent increases above the allowable guideline. I just wanted to say that Carrie and Jessica are so kind and so helpful! Amazing customer service, quick response times and so friendly!
I don’t recommend this property. I’m moving out and the management is charging for everything at the end of your tenancy(cleaning the unit, painting, replacing the carpets) and good luck fighting with them, you will end up paying for everything that they want to replace or fix in that place, they are ripping off your money. Even that that the property manager is living on site, they don’t care about the property, which is deteriorating every day. DO NOT MOVE HERE
