Behind the façade, this development is a disaster. Bedrooms are prone to flooding, ceilings leak, and there are black substances creeping across ceilings, doors, and even garden areas. I strongly advise against renting in this building. While it may seem appealing initially, it is plagued by numerous issues. These include substandard maintenance, threats, and unjustified repair charges. The landlord has attempted to implement rent increases above the allowable guideline. Free visitor parking has been eliminated and replaced with a costly paid system (and there’s no on-street parking), while policies are enforced inconsistently.
