Wish I could give them zero stars. I will be posting a very lengthy review of my experience living here. Do not move here in the meantime it’s just a headache that never ends.
Living here has been absolutely terrible. There has been ongoing deception, and once again management has made baffling decisions. They’ve gotten rid of one of the only genuinely good employees they had. Edgar was professional, helpful, and actually cared — and now he’s gone. Instead, management has brought their own son into the workplace, which feels completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Beyond that, living here is miserable. I work in the same field, so I truly understand and appreciate the effort the team puts in to keep everything running smoothly. Thank you again for all your support. I'm not the best with names, but I want to especially thank Shane and Carrie, you’ve both been amazing. Apologies if I sometimes come across as asking too much, it’s just frustration with the system, not with any of you.
Carrie and Shane have been great, and I really appreciate how they handle everything. They’re always easy to get in touch with and respond quickly whenever something comes up. Whether it’s a small question or something that needs attention right away, they deal with it efficiently and without any hassle. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care about the properties they manage and the people living in them. They check in, follow up, and make sure things are done properly, which gives a lot of peace of mind.

I’m dreading the move-out process because I’ve heard countless horror stories about the management nickel-and-diming residents for anything and everything. It’s exhausting.
