I moved to TownEdge right after college for my first job, and from the very first tour, I just knew this was home. The apartments are exactly like the pictures. Carissa was my agent and OMG🥹 such a sweetheart. There was a time I forgot to pay a fee, and instead of letting it hit me with a late charge, she personally reached out to remind me. I've been living at the new construction of Town's Edge Apartments since the second week in December. I've had absolutely top-notch great interactions and experiences with management and the maintenance team. The maintenance people have come out three times for a few random things because it was new construction to find tune some things, and anytime I need to talk with anybody from the office their customer service and their ability to address the issue quickly and efficiently are top marks!
