I've emailed and called multiple times now for an apartment with an active ad on CL and their website and never got a response. I used CL, called the phone number on their website, and sent a message through their website system as well. I probably sent two messages, three emails, and called at least four times.
St. Mary’s apartments was a wonderful place to call home for the last four years. This historic building has been beautifully renovated into unique and modern living spaces. St. Mary’s apartments are also pet friendly and offer a fenced in courtyard. Jackie and Dave and their staff were wonderful and quick to respond with any concerns throughout our time at St. Mary’s. We definitely recommend looking into the properties of Townline Realty if you are looking for a great place to live in Duluth!
