These apartments are nasty. I wouldn’t let my dog live here. When I moved in, they said they were going to “shampoo and vacuum the carpet”. By the smell alone when I moved in I knew they didn’t. So I did it myself and the carpet has permanent stains and is falling apart. The linoleum has holes throughout the kitchen and is peeling off around all the edges. On top of that, they’ve fumigated FIVE times since I moved in which obviously indicates there’s a roach infestation as they’re only required to do it once per year and I’v... read more

Laura is the landlord at Townlake. I have lived there for close to three years in a one bedroom. She has been always understanding of me and been an outstanding landlord. Very prompt to fix any problems I have had. And it is nice having a leasing office on site so they can sign for packages. They also have a very nice staffed laundry mat there. Nice grounds and a great secure place to live!
