I've been meaning to try Townies for a while now. A friend from my gym, Tim, owns the place, but life kept getting in the way and I just hadn't made it in yet. Today, though, Tim went above and beyond... I'm in the middle of a 12-hour shift and couldn't leave work, so he personally drove over and hand-delivered my lunch. Awesome food and service. Great place. Super Smash burgers. Great Phillies . Gotta try it. Starting breakfast next week.
Both chicken bahama mama and philly steak sandwiches are mediocre. Upcharge to take out, despite no extensive packaging used. Charging your customers extra for taking food to go is something new.
The atmosphere was lively, easy access to the golf course. Great food! definitely recommend!
