Verified Renter I am know by my family as someone that has a very low tolerance for "standard services" offered in the community. I downgraded from a 4 bedroom home after my daughter moved and was extremely concerned about reentering apartment life after so many years. I absolutely LOVE living here. The property, office staff, and maintenance service is exceptional. (I'm not easily pleased and over the years have earned an appreciation of very high standards.)

Verified Renter I met with Lucy as a walk-in on a Saturday and she scheduled me to come in on Tuesday. Luckily there was a unit available that met my needs. I filled out the application then and was moving in that weekend. She did an amazing job of helping me get things set up! She took care of minor concerns before I moved in and even after. Townhome was clean and empty when I moved in. Even now, Lucy still asks me when I see her if everything is still going well. Shes made the experience so much more comfortable!!

Verified Renter Its an okay place to live. Its not worth market rent, and apparently everyones rent is going up when they renew- since the manager accidentally sent a message to the whole community. There arent really any events, and there isnt much parking for your guests.

Verified Renter Great floor plans, clean and well maintained, great community amenities, great location. I would recommend these townhomes to anyone but I would also warn that there are A LOT of stairs. Once you get past that, it's great!

Verified Renter Maintenance is understaffed. It often takes weeks or months to have a work order completed. The assistant manager seems to be the only one that knows what is going on- the leasing agent is new since the other fantastic employee left. The manager seems checked out, and doesnt seem to prioritize resident concerns. He often acts like he doesnt know us.
