Great place to live I have had a great experience here at Lake Park. The leasing office staff has been nothing shy of amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean and any maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The property is very quiet and so are the residents that are living here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to call home.

New Resident Mr M. Quite nice seems to be a peaceful place to live. It has a lot of technology integrated. Love the attached garage. It’s big enough for two car. The office staff is very friendly.

Verified Renter Townhomes at Lake Park is a beautiful community with easy access to Houston and the best that Pearland has to offer. It’s extremely quiet and the neighbors are so friendly. It’s been the best apartment living experience that I’ve had. Ever.

Verified Renter It is my first time renting an apartment. I was worried about a lot of things i heard from people living in apartments. My experience so far is completely different. The life style is indeed an upgrade and less crowded than other apartments I've checked and saw. I am happy with what i have so far

Verified Renter Love it here! Quiet and office and maintenance staff are extremely professional and prompt. I thought about buying another house but when I consider the beautiful free lawn service, property upkeep, free maintenance, on-site fitness center, and trash pickup..... I've been here 3 years and have no plans on moving.
