We lived there for 5 and a half years and we have seen at least 4 managers and 5 assistants and at least 4 different sets of maintained crews. So it has been a roller coaster ride of issues. We broke our last lease not only because we were tired of the constant switching of managers and maintained, but one of the apartments had people who was related to a gang member who was harassing a teenage kid in a different apartment. If you are desperate then I wouldn't recommend more then 1 year, otherwise stay away from this place. ... read more
Horrible
This star is not for the staff.The office ladies are very sweet! 1: Its for lack of maintenance that never shows up! My garbage disposal has been broken for months and I've put in work orders through the portal, over the phone and in person! 2: they will hold a portion of your balance from showing in your portal until a week AFTER the due date and then demand you owe past due and late fees when IN FACT everything that was in the portal has been paid in full before the due date!! We have lived here for a year, just resigned our lease. Is it perfect? No because as humans we are not perfect and neither is anyone else. But we are in fact in a happy neighborhood. The kids ride their bikes and play. The neighbors now vs when we moved in are wonderful. And I have every ounce of belief that has to do with Vee in the front office.
