This star is not for the staff.The office ladies are very sweet! 1: Its for lack of maintenance that never shows up! My garbage disposal has been broken for months and I've put in work orders through the portal, over the phone and in person! 2: they will hold a portion of your balance from showing in your portal until a week AFTER the due date and then demand you owe past due and late fees when IN FACT everything that was in the portal has been paid in full before the due date!! We have lived here for a year, just resigned our lease. Is it perfect? No because as humans we are not perfect and neither is anyone else. But we are in fact in a happy neighborhood. The kids ride their bikes and play. The neighbors now vs when we moved in are wonderful. And I have every ounce of belief that has to do with Vee in the front office. This place is literally so disgusting don’t recommend moving here at all ! So many roaches and they never come to spray at all , put in multiple requests for maintenance to come and they don't show up and when they do FINALLY come its months later and we’ve had to solve the problem ourselves!
