Love living here!!!! No problems at all and the office ladies are amazing
I've been living here since 2022, and I can honestly say I've never had any major issues with the property. We've seen quite a few apartment managers come and go, but I’m really happy with the one we have now—Mrs. Sherri. She's incredibly helpful, and whenever I bring up any concerns, she always addresses them in a timely manner. Mrs. Sherri has done an amazing job cleaning up the property. The maintenance technician Edel keeps the grounds nice and clean. Gwendolyn the leasing consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable of the community when she gave me a tour. Overall nice looking community will be moving forward with my application.
It’s so funny that Sheri Pagel is saying about the tenant who took the video of the goat in the office, I walked in to see about renting and none of that happened and when outside the tenant showed me and nowhere in the video did she say she wanted to touch the goat or even acknowledge it, matter of fact it quite unsanitary for her to even bring that out not knowing other people have allergies or any medical issues for that matter so Sherri lied and obviously is friends with Jennifer trying to cover up the real issues at han... read more
Double creek is very nice 2 live, I've been here 3yrs., had a problem jus 1 time, it was taken care the nex day. The staff is wonderful, 2 thumbs up thkz guys ur awesome...
