I want to share my experience for anyone considering applying here. My girlfriend and I toured the property about two weeks ago as part of a group of four applicants. The tour itself was great—the person who assisted us was kind and professional. Unfortunately, the application process afterward was completely different. Mold broken stuff and insects
We lived there for 5 and a half years and we have seen at least 4 managers and 5 assistants and at least 4 different sets of maintained crews. So it has been a roller coaster ride of issues. We broke our last lease not only because we were tired of the constant switching of managers and maintained, but one of the apartments had people who was related to a gang member who was harassing a teenage kid in a different apartment. If you are desperate then I wouldn't recommend more then 1 year, otherwise stay away from this place. ... read more
