WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE I strongly advise against moving into this complex. The buildings are mold-infested, and management’s solution is simply to paint over the mold instead of properly treating it. This is a serious health hazard. During the winter months, buildings 2 through 9 frequently experience water shut-offs that last for days. There's a real risk of burst pipes when the water is turned back on, causing even more damage and inconvenience. Drove past the complex and it looked very pleasant. Afterwards I called the complex and talked to Ashley an Vee, they were both very nice over the phone.
Under new management and Ashley has addressed every issue with my move in within a timely manner. My application was processed in under a week by new staff. Gwen was professional and friendly. Maintenance has been quick and efficient with repairs needed before move in. Affordable and trendy millennium grey walls with wood floors and new carpet upstairs. Exceptional experience so far!
Ashley and Gwen made the move-in process as easy as they were able to, and got us moved in exactly when we wanted to. They have been nothing but cordial and helpful. When we moved in, there were several repairs needed around the townhome. The maintenance manager came out the next day and fixed nearly all of them within a few hours.
