My experience with Townhomes at Double Creek has been an absolute nightmare. Not only was all of my personal property stolen from my apartment before I had even returned the keys, but I was also a victim of clearly excessive rental charges. The rent I was paying was well above the market rate, which I only found out when a new manager took over (who, by the way, was fired shortly after revealing this to us). WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE I strongly advise against moving into this complex. The buildings are mold-infested, and management’s solution is simply to paint over the mold instead of properly treating it. This is a serious health hazard. During the winter months, buildings 2 through 9 frequently experience water shut-offs that last for days. There's a real risk of burst pipes when the water is turned back on, causing even more damage and inconvenience. Drove past the complex and it looked very pleasant. Afterwards I called the complex and talked to Ashley an Vee, they were both very nice over the phone.
