Models are staged nicely - but the upgrades are limited. They did ship lap on a main wall in living area, it's a little too much (that decor look has sailed). Plus the cabinet upgrades seem less than quality. All the bedrooms are upstairs which is a miss. They should have offered atleast 1 layout with the downstairs master. The bathrooms offer no upgrade as far as tile. It's all fiberglass encased shower. which is horrible since that's not an upgrade. We all know most important rooms are kitchen and bathroom.
