I won’t stay there again. We booked the jacuzzi suite 2 weeks ahead. We arrived at 2:30 and were told our room was not ready but “guaranteed by 4”. We arrived at 4, waited an additional 1/2 hour before we got our room key because there was a “maintenance issue” Then told not to use the jacuzzi tub as a crack was just repaired and had to set. We waited 4+ hours to use it, then got a call to turn off the water as it’s leaking in the room below. This room isn’t cheap and we certainly didn’t get to enjoy it.
