The front desk staff was great and friendly, especially to our children. The kitchen staff was amazing and accommodating to our young picky children. One evening while waiting for laundry the girl at the front desk offered to make fresh popcorn for my 2 year old daughter who lovvved watching it pop! We stayed in a 2BR kitchenette for 4 days over fall break. The first night we stayed we had no air conditioning in the master bedroom. From management to reception, my experience with the staff has been truly exceptional—10/10. Tony has been consistently kind and supportive throughout the many months my team has stayed here. At check-in, Fernando went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured my stay started off on the right foot (thank you!) My room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Highly recommend!
