It was a great experience last year with my family the hospitality was the best
The best services and the best hospitaloty clean room it was really great
We checked in our bedroom around 8PM. The room was a one bedroom with a pull out couch. We noticed that there was no sheets for the pull out couch. When we called guest services they delivered sheets but the sheets weren’t big enough to cover the stained, stiff, couch pull apart mattress. It was bad. Next, we checked for cleanliness and it was disgusting. The ice cube tray had so much dirt on it, and the silverware and plates looked dusty and dirty as well.
