Does this so far the worst TownPlace Suites I have stayed. The cost is very high and the rooms are very cheap. The only positive that I could see in this place is it's breakfast other than that from the room and all this looks like one of the expensive place , but pretty cheap services. If you do have other married options , please go for that or what else look for other options in the area. Rooms were really crammed for that kind of a price.
I have stayed at plenty of marriotts as a time over time titanium member and this place is a disappointment for a marriott. During our stay which was in the summer, the pool was green with a dead frog in it, so the pool could not be used. They dont have daily room service or at least every other day, nope once you check in you dont get any kind of room service. TV picture was messed up with 7 spots in the middle of the screen. Pullout bed stained and dirty, mold on ceiling in bathroom and loose tiles in bathroom the moved every time you walked on them.
Spending 1 night while on the road. Made the reservation and added notes to ask for late checkout and extra bedding for the sofa. Lwts just say that didn'thappen. 😞 HOWEVER, Jessica was AWESOME and took care of everything. Hiccups happen, but the correction makes all the difference.
The Housekeeping team led by Christina was impressive considering the overall lack of maintenance for a Marriott. Our bathroom floor tiles were uneven and cracked. Although, we had the pleasure of Valerie working our floor. Christina and her were able to accommodate us with several additional pillows upon request too.
