Great Staff, I met on Andrea's who was the cook that made our delicious food at around 8 or 9PM The grilled salmon and rice was amazing. My kids loved the pizza and my Wife said the chicken tenders were really good. I can't remember the young lady name working the bar that took our order, she was really friendly and listened to my kiddos explaining everything about SeaWorld 🤣😂 Cris was the late night concierge, not only a truly great name...but a very friendly and helpful, also listened to my Kiddos who had a couple candy ... read more
I didn't have a car, but received a bill for parking with an email that had "no reply" and no one answering the phone at hotel after several calls. Disappointed...
Does this so far the worst TownPlace Suites I have stayed. The cost is very high and the rooms are very cheap. The only positive that I could see in this place is it's breakfast other than that from the room and all this looks like one of the expensive place , but pretty cheap services. If you do have other married options , please go for that or what else look for other options in the area. Rooms were really crammed for that kind of a price.
I have stayed at plenty of marriotts as a time over time titanium member and this place is a disappointment for a marriott. During our stay which was in the summer, the pool was green with a dead frog in it, so the pool could not be used. They dont have daily room service or at least every other day, nope once you check in you dont get any kind of room service. TV picture was messed up with 7 spots in the middle of the screen.
