Jayden and Jeremiah are outstanding! This hotel has the best staff
Comfy beds and quiet location but the shower head was gross, the carpet was disgusting with stains, there was only one mirror in the bathroom, no full length length like 99% of hotels have, and no luggage racks as promised. Also no extra blankets as we requested and when we did get them after calling and saying they were not provided the staff handed it to us with gloves they had been changing trash with. Great friendly service and wonderful hotel! Amenities are outstanding!
Super convenient, central spot that makes getting around SD incredibly easy. The full kitchen setup in the room is a huge plus, the property is kept very clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. dropping a star because the breakfast area gets tight and a bit chaotic during peak morning hours, and parking can be a bit tight. Overall, a fantastic, comfortable base camp for a San Diego stay!
