This hotel is the best in all of Rochester. I’m not exaggerating one bit. If you’re coming to Mayo, stay here. You are right next to Mayo. You have underground parking. You have free breakfast every morning. You have a coffee shop right inside the hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Decorated impeccably. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Exceedingly nice staff, great rooms, and great location!
We had a pleasant experience from arrival to departure. Every employee encountered from front desk to shuttle were helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Brittany for making our stay so enjoyable - she provides top notch customer service. Our trip was for an appointment at Mayo and the staff made it much easier. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasty. The shuttle service was pleasant and efficient. We will be staying again and hope to see Brittany's smiling face.
My son and his wife and I shared a 2 bedroom suite during a recent visit to Mayo Clinic. It was perfect for our needs- spacious enough for hanging out during downtimes, with a full kitchen to accommodate our frequent in room meals. The most wonderful service though was the shuttle service to/ from Mayo Clinic. For those of us from the south making a trip to Minnesota during the winter- the shuttle is a game changer!!
