Lovely units, enough for comfortable stay for even a family.
I rarely write reviews but I had the worst experience ever and thought I should share The room was dirty upon arrival and clearly had not been cleaned properly. When I brought my concerns to the manager, they were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. A clean room and respectful customer service should be basic expectations at any hotel. Very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.
Zero stars if I could. This place is absolutely disgusting! The shower was so dirty, my car got broken into probably from the homeless people they let stay around the building and there was literally garbage in the hallways?? And the manager? She’s literally useless.
Visited a friend here and oh lord I have no idea how they are in business In the room there were ants in the windowsill and in the bathroom there was mold and a God damn cockroach... outside there were homeless everywhere and needles in the parking lot..absolutely disgusting
