TownePlace Suites by Marriott in North Louisville is actually located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. We booked here because it was just four minutes from family services and six minutes from the family home, so the location was ideal for us during a difficult time. The room itself showed some age, and unfortunately, it had clearly been smoked in before our stay. We booked a one-bedroom but ended up leaving a day early because the smell never fully went away. The bathroom had been updated. However, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were mounted so high in the shower that I had to stand on tip toe to barely reach the pump. I don't think I am the only 5' person out there. Very stupid design and just asking for an accident.
Great place would stay again
Super clean room, good breakfast, and a super friendly staff! I had an issue with the tv in my room and Diana resolved the issue immediately! She is a rockstar!!
