We had a great stay at this hotel. Ash at the front desk was so so kind and helpful as we were running very late.
We had a nice stay. Great location, plenty of parking in the back if the front spaces are filled, and friendly staff. Nice breakfast area. It was nice having a kitchenette in our room to stock cold drinks and to make ice. My only complaint is the bathroom shower. While very clean and large, the body wash and shampoo containers are installed so high on the wall that anyone under 5'5" will have a tough time reaching them. We called last minute for two rooms after I had messed up our travel dates/location. Travis was very reassuring and quickly got us two rooms next to each other for two nights. Starr was extremely welcoming when we arrived that evening. Room was very nice and looked out onto a park. We enjoyed walking the pedestrian bridge across the river in the evening. Only 15 min from the Kentucky Derby Museum.
