Everyone was delightful. Excellent place if you travel with your dog.
Sitting here after 10 pm. Need sleep. A “concert”across the street. The hotel should have known and advised us so we could book somewhere else. Bonvoy? Thanks for a bad experience. How about a refund?
The staff is lovely and rooms have been nice. I stayed in a king on my way up and a 2 queens on the way back down, both rooms were spacious and great quality. It is also really nice to be close to the pedestrian bridge which is beautiful if you have the time to walk it. There are two parks next to the hotel with lots of grass and then a playground for kids too.
