I can't believe we're allowed to bring our pets and we have a variety! There was something for everyone in the family here . A fire pit NEXT to a pool and hot tub, the gym actually had a water cooler .The hot tub was so warm after our drive it's just what we needed.The low lighting and ambience of the rooms made it easy for us to sleep in and thanks to Harvey for waffles and Autumn,everyone in housekeeping was very attentive to our particular needs! Our stay here was incredible! Our wedding party stayed here for the weekend and we have nothing but good things to say! They were extremely helpful and responsive when we were booking the rooms and understanding and helpful when we made a mistake in one of the bookings. The hotel is extremely clean and everything seems new. All of the staff were extremely kind, helpful and understanding! Super clean room, good breakfast, and a super friendly staff! Autumn at the front desk is also Amazing! Fantastic customer service. Love the location. Nice to be able to walk to several really great restaurants.
Our room smelled terrible. . . like cigarette smoke, mold, and garbage. They did not find it reasonable to upgrade or refund anything!
