Very nice and clean hotel. Plenty of food options around. Breakfast is top notch. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Partially recommend - noise (I’m not affected but you might) - airport and FedEx all night. Not fully converted to current town place suites decor. PROs - slide out/rollout desk, full stove/oven, the fact they give earplugs due to the IND traffic, bar soap! CONs - Microwave eating counter space, booked 3rd party so got this room, HVAC bit lacking for size of place
The customer service was solid--front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room smelled like a locker room, and the TV didn't work/couldn't connect to the Internet. I may have been on a noisy floor, but I could hear all the screaming, laughing, and loud music from nearby rooms--not ideal after finishing 8 hours of a 16-hour road trip. In addition, the surrounding area seemed kind of sketchy and run down. Though the facility seems newer, I'm not sure that's enough of a draw to stay here again.
