It was very nice, the staff was had a few things go wrong nothing major i would stay there again It was in good location easy access to interstate hot but a beautiful place i loved it
Had a wonderful stay, sad it was only for one night. Customer service was excellent! Used my reward points, but would have paid the regular rate. Our room was immaculate and spacious. Can't wait to go to Houston again and will definitely be staying here everyone we go visit family.
It was a splendid moment with a perfect service. So far Townplace Suites is a better place to be.
The service here was awesome!!! We asked for extra amenities and there was no problem, the room was smaller than it looked online, but it was clean and we had a wonderful experience!
Hotel is good but room fair is not so goods, its expensive compare to other's
