Best mid-range Marriott I’ve ever been to. Rooms were clean and fresh; breakfast was easy and good. I’ve seen some sad free breakfasts in my day, but this one was simple and tasty, and the staff keeps it restocked and clean. The lovely lady I assume is the kitchen manager is on it! She’s everywhere—wiping , helping, stocking, chatting with guests. Perfect! And Alana was super helpful and sweet. Front desk couple were pleasant and ready with dinner recommendations. A really enjoyable stay.
Decent weeklong stay at the Towneplace Suites, check-in and out was friendly and efficient and all the staff seemed very nice and room was clean and Kitchen was well stocked for cooking something simple, just a couple minor issues that kept from being 5 stars, no frying pan and limited TV selection which is disappointing in an extended stay type property, need more streaming Apps, just Netflix doesn't cut it...also as others have noted very thin walls, fortunately I was only disturbed by loud snoring one night. Extremely friendly staff. Went above and beyond for me. The experience with seen your name on the TV screen is a really nice touch. My only negative is, that the curtain in my room was damaged, so completely closing it wasn't possible. And the walls are very thin. I could hear the entire conversation in the room next to me. And when the guests in the room next to me would take a shower and reuse the restrooms you can hear that plain as day.
I truly enjoyed my 2-week stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs. The location is perfect — very central and close to downtown, the casino, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and everything you might need during your visit. A special thank you to Nadjia, Mickey, Alona, Adriene, and the entire staff for being so welcoming and attentive.
