Well we didn’t even get a chance to stay here. I booked my room online directly with Marriott and got an email confirmation for the type of room and price I booked. Next day I got an email to check in on the app and enter some info and when I did my room had been changed to a studio and a different price which wouldn’t work. Called customer service and was on with them for 30 minutes and was told the front desk wasn’t answering the phone, they could see the hotel changed my reservation, but that they couldn’t help me. Friendly staff clean rooms.
The rooms are really bad. Smell, dirty carpets, lights don't work. The grill is really nasty. Front desk is great!
Conveniently close to Ft Jackson. Room was nice and comfortably slept 5 of us.
Staff super friendly and helpful. Plenty of hot water in the shower and clean towels.
