The employees ILLEGALLY charge hundreds of dollars to your card while you’re sleeping. Wake up and they don’t know what they are doing or how to fix it. Charged my card over and over for four days at total of $1000 for a one night stay. The manager Andy was not helpful at all. I have filed a police report and was told this isn’t the first time that they’ve done this to customers there.
We stayed here one night 1/31/26 and checked out 2/1/26. We came down to pick up a vehicle to work on.we drove over 10 hours. The staff was SO friendly at night check in. The process was easy. The pool was nice, the location was great, the room was great only thing I didn’t like was the bed. Was to hard for me (I like softer) but if you like harder beds this is good for you. The check out process was also very easy. 10/10 would stay again.
Typical great room at a Townplace Suites. The only issue we had was the heat wouldn’t go up past 73. We had a newborn with us who has a slight hangnail infection on his toe so had to wear footless onsie and his feet were cold. Reagan at the front desk found us a space heater to help out. It was very kind of her to show such concern for our little one. The heater in the room actually worked fine, it just needed cranked up a bit to kick it into gear due to the winter weather. I always stay at Marriott when I travel. I experienced some issues during my first week at this location that weren’t resolved quickly not rectified until I messaged the GM. Once notified, GM Gutierrez ensured these items were taken care of. It should not take 7 days and a call to the GM for the staff to respond to guests maintenance issues. Tracy worked the breakfast each morning during my stay and did a fantastic job ensuring the buffet area was clean and replenished. She worked tirelessly staying up with the demand. Great... read more
