We had an excellent experience at TownePlace in Bowling Green, KY. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, food was really tasty and fresh. I gave the room 4 stars because we did notice that the shower curtain was not long enough to keep water in causing there to be water damage on the floor and wall behind the door. Other than that we had no complaints!
We went up to the room and to our surprise found the AC was not working well and the controls were off. Half of the carpet in the room was completely soaked, from what I suspect was a leak from the AC. We were also informed the hotel was packed and all the hotels in the area were also completely booked so we braved the night and did our best with the situation.
