The room was very nice at bigger than I expected.
It appears to be a truck parking where you can enjoy the pool with the constant noise from a refrigerated truck pounding away all day long that’s a nice thing to enjoy on a vacation day by the pool Do not recommend you to spend money to listen to a diesel engine all day long
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Despite arriving late for check-in, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made the process seamless. They were also very flexible with room changes, ensuring I had the perfect setup for my stay. The entire team was amazing, going above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
DO NOT STAY HERE !!! I'm a Marriott Titanium Elite member and I have never experience customer service like this. If you have reservations or thinking on booking this Hotel READ, the reviews before you make your reservations. I wish I did. Go to the residence Inn by Marriott their Staff members are much friendly and helpful unlike the night audit at TownePlace Suites. is not worth dealing with unprofessional management like SETH FLORES he needs to go back and take more customer service skills before dealing with the public. ... read more
