Not impressed at all, despite it being a fairly new property, it smelled musty and older, the AC in our room didn’t keep up staying cool. We were only there for one night, so there was no reason to complain about at the front desk, because I knew I would be departing early and my interaction at check in wasn’t pleasant at all, that I figured it would be pointless to mention any issues to them for a one night stay. If you are a Marriott Member, this is NOT the place for you. If you stay on points, beware that you may end up being charged with other fees - they do not want you here. The other reviews are correct - no water or points for the market, $150 for a pet (for Titanium Elite). Additionally, it is not a nice hotel. Many homeless live in the grass in front of the hotel so you cannot leave anything in your car. It feels similar to a Motel 6, very bare bones. Never trust the overall Google rating. Read detailed reviews! Many reviews are faked! I recently stayed one night in this hotel. This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. My kids got bite multiple places on their skin by the bed bugs!!!!! Stay away from this hotel!!
