Room was descent and had full kitchen however Townplace Suites will not be my first choice when choosing hotel. This place will not tidy up room upon request not even after 2 days of stay. I understand some hotels do not provide room service daily but usually will provide when asked. Also, I was told, their room service “only replenishes towels and empty’s trash” so I was completely shocked to walk in on the 2nd day the same as we left it. Love the location and staff
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Booked through booking.com, checked in at 11PM and went to the room. The room was hot so put the AC on. The AC unit was making the noise but not blowing any air. After making sure it was not user error and giving the room a chance to cool down, we called down to the front desk at 1AM to let them know it was not working. Claudia who was on shift was very nice and said she could change rooms for us, we politely declined since we had just gotten the baby down to sleep and it was 1:00am.
