Everything was great except the AC in our room.
The front desk was nice. They checked us in no issue. However , when we walked into our room on the second floor the room smelled disgusting. We had to spray the room with Lysol disinfectant spray. I pulled out the sofa bed in the living room and discovered the mattress was filled with urine stains. See photos below. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable.
