The manager or customer service lady was very sweet , the rooms were very clean and cookies were delicious going out the door , the house keeper don’t knock on on your till after check out like some hotels will come again
No hot water in shower. No bread at breakfast. Not staying there again
Comfy room, friendly staff
We were incredibly disappointed in our recent stay. We arrived at the hotel 30-45 minutes after check in time. We were originally told the room type we reserved was not available. The manager came over to help and proceeded to inform us that there was a room but thecurrent occupantshad a late check out so we would have to wait. When I asked why they would give a late check out knowing the room is booked, the manager told me they have a higher status so they couldn’t say no. I was informed I could wait in the lobby. I travel and work a 3rd shift job. I would give more stars but until people speak up, the problem will never get fixed. The curtains do not block light during the day. Please fix this for 3rd shift workers.
