From the front desk manager, front desk associate, and every single employee - I love this place! The manager is quick to assist any guest with any issue. The young ladies at the front desk both of them are friendly, caring and always with a smile and ready to talk to you. Great people , amazing rooms, and fantastic customer Service. Great hotel, i loved the service a lot. Friendly reception people. I stayed here for 18days for business and was worth spending time here.
So The only reason I rate this hotel as low as I did is that it is not consistent You have some front desk hostess that are absolutely amazing. Memorable The rooms are clean and this place feels warm and cozy On the other hand, you have some front desk hostess that are cold And some of the rooms are not as good when it comes to clean, organized in leftover hair But if it was completely consistent, I would grade this place a high four and a half But overall it's definitely worth the money
Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was quiet, not a lot of outside/next door noise heard in the room.
The bathrooms are VERY slippery.
