This hotel and the manager I spoke to, Nicole, absolutely dropped the ball on my reservation. They had to move my stay to another hotel due to a maintenance issue, which happens... I get it. But they tried to move me to a Fairfield with no kitchen from my current room and then told me that it was the same room type. They also offered no assistance getting to this far away hotel nor did they try to remedy the $200 difference in the cost of the rooms. The staff was excellent! We are so impressed with the service we received down to the room. Our room had a stove, pots, dishwasher, and all. The area is quiet too which is a huge plus. Over all I will be coming to back to this place!
