New and clean room.
This hotel is nice, comfortable room, and nice views. I had top-tier service by the front desk representative Alexis. She went above and beyond from my four year anniversary! She made the room special for me and it was amazing! By far the best customer service I could ask for! The only complaint that I have about the hotel is two things, number one the hallways are really hot like a sauna... I don't understand why it is so hot maybe become an AC issue not sure but the rooms are always really cold. We did not have a a problem... read more
This hotel is perfect! It’s walking distance from the Stadium, the breakfast was delicious. Alexis from the concierge was so helpful/Nice and was great at accommodating our family, great customer service! The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The location is amazing, there is a dog park near by and a nice trail , the domain shopping center is about 15 minutes walking and 3 minutes driving!
Best place to stay if you're going to Q2 stadium. Staff is excellent and service is top notch.
