Very friendly and clean hotel. Nice workout room and decent breakfast (not special). Has a fireplace which was a nice touch. The 1st floor by the road can get noisy. 25 minutes from the Georgia Aquarium
Second time being here and it is very clean and quiet. Also, I want to give a shout out to Roxanne. She deserves nothing but high praise. She remembers our family from this summer and always greeted us with a smile. She demonstrated exceptional service and is very approachable. Anytime my family and I visit atl, we plan on coming here mainly because of her. Please give her a raise, it’s hard to come by kind and efficient people like her!
Roach infested, extremely humid rooms with apathetic front desk.
Do not stay here. They charged my company card and my card for the stay. I even asked the employee during check in if my card was just for incidentals and he confirmed it wasn’t for the room. The next morning I was told it would be taken care of and I would receive a refund but over a month later I have nothing. If you don’t want to be scammed stay somewhere else!
