Platinum Marriott members do not have to check out until 4 pm AND can opt to stay more nights than originally reserved. When the hotel is completely booked this becomes a problem. I as a lower ranking Marriott member (as I was verbally called by a staff member) with a reservation made four months in advance was forced at first to take a down grade in room options. I had an extended stay here for a few months' long work project. While every employee I interacted with was kind and gave great customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel for a variety of reasons: • There was mold in the dishwasher when I arrived. • I encountered spiders in my room on multiple occasions. • I had to consistently ask for housekeeping services instead of an automatic daily or every-other-day option.

It was disappointing that I had to consistently ask for housekeeping services instead of an automatic daily or every-other-day option. The rooms are about what you would expect for a "value" Marriott, but I felt like they could've been a tad cleaner. There was mold in the dishwasher when I arrived. The area was safe and it was easy to get to the highway.
