I am awaiting a response from Arne Sorenson. President & CEO of Marriott International, before I post my final review of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Alexandria Fort Belvoir. Such a simple resolve to my issue, but sadly, the staff was too "busy" after multiple phone calls to resolve my issue.
Great place. Great staff. Easy check-in. They even coned off space for my 45 foot bus and made sure no one parked their. Rooms were super clean and smelled good. I'll definitely be back, and will recommend this hotel to anyone..
Great experience at the hotel! While in town for a wedding, we stayed there for the evening. Hotel staff was exceptional--friendly and accommodating. The room itself was great. Bed was just the right mixture of plush and firmness. My son slept on the sofa bed, which can be notoriously uncomfortable, but he said it was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, a little low on eggs when we were there, but not a reason to bring down the review. The pool heater was broken but the front desk employee told us we were welcome to use it. We stayed 2 nites for the inauguration. Everything was wonderful. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean with large bathroom and full kitchen. No complaints at all.
I was there for the weekend thanks to some friends,the whole place is Beautiful,service gret,rooms large,Oh the customer service was really outstanding Are free breakfast bar my goodness,everything,you wanna eat ,the gym, oh just amazing.God Bless you allTell Nita hello,she was so sweet ,and helpful.
