Beautiful property. Friendly & nice staff.
Stayed here previously a few years ago and the place was decent. So much so i recommend it to others. Came back tonight to find this place in pretty bad condition. First- the front desk clerk was rude and really unwilling to help with the simplest of questions. The lobby looks decent still but the cleanliness of the place beginning with the elevator and other room doors needs cleaning. I entered this room and it has an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately there was a small fire that started before I arrived to check in. It flooded part of the 5th floor and was leaking all the way down to the main floor. 🤷🏽♂️ The staff was great during this unfortunate event and they even were able to get me checked in after the fire dept gave the ok. My room was unaffected and I was able to get a good night rest. Kudos to the staff for being professional and handling the situation as effectively as possible! 👍🏽
