RecommendedThis hotel is very clean, the pool and hot tub has one hour per family reservations! Which is absolutely wonderful!! We stayed in a two bed two bath room with kitchen, dining, living area! It’s a beautiful place even if it’s just for one night!! Looking forward to breakfast!!

In summary: rude and unwilling to help staff, room was absolutely disgusting and didn’t match my reservation whatsoever. Receptionist was rude and woefully ignorant about service dogs. I had attempted to note on my reservation my seizure alert dog would be accompanying us, and he was perfectly behaved and very obviously labeled as a service dog upon arrival.
